History
Like every successful company, persolog International has an interesting history:
It begins in 1972 as the DISC model comes on to the U.S. market, where it quickly establishes itself. Our manager Friedbert Gay recognises the potential of the model and introduces DISC in Germany in 1990. Today the scientifically constantly optimised DISC model forms the core of our operations. Apart from DISC we offer many further tools for personnel and organisational development - in 14 countries, world-wide.
