Networking at the persolog international conference 2010

At the end of January, the majority of the now 15 persolog distributors accepted the invitation to the international meeting and traveled to Karlsruhe, in line with the “complementing each other multiplies” motto.

One main issue making the rounds throughout the entire conference was the desire to learn from one another, share experiences and maintain contacts. Not only did the variety of different program features entertain this topic, it was also freely discussed during the coffee breaks and at the joint dinners every evening.

The success stories were particularly exciting. Australia, Denmark, Italy and Romania presented examples from their countries, explaining how they succeeded in acquiring customers, using different methods and strategies. Everyone was appreciative of the feedback, which also motivated all to tackle the challenges ahead in 2010.

A further highlight this year was the distributors’ review of last year, in which they took stock of activities in their respective countries and also shared an outlook for 2010 goals. This workshop too succeeded on the basis of an informational exchange between partners. Despite all cultural differences, many challenges in the individual areas are nevertheless similar. Participants returned to their countries with new ideas and suggestions tucked away in their suitcases.

The conclusion drawn from the intensive conference days can be summed up as follows:
•    The persolog network was strengthened once again through this international meeting.
•    Participants aim to make good use of their contacts on a remote basis until the next meeting and take action to set up a means for sharing experience.

The persolog team thanks all partners for their active participation in the conference!
