Prof. Dr. John G. Geier is a pioneer in the world of personality models. He is the originator and developer of the DISC Personality Profile (over 40 million users world-wide) and persolog GmbH's licensor. In addition, John Geier is the author of many books.

Prof. Dr. Dorothy Downey is co-author of the persolog analysis tools and concepts, long-standing researcher and lecturer at the University of Minnesota and Vice Chairman of Geier Learning International.
